Banana-chia lassi — a creamy curd cup that drinks like dessert and builds bones (2–5 years)
A thick banana lassi dotted with soft chia — calcium from curd, gentle good fats from chia, in a cup that feels like a treat.
Why am I making this?
Curd gives well-absorbed calcium and protein for bones, soaked chia adds calcium, good fats and a fun soft-pearl texture (ruchi), and banana sweetens it naturally. The classical texts value curd (dadhi) among nourishing milk preparations; chia is a New World seed, placed honestly within the satmya principle. A cup that drinks like dessert and does real bone work.
