Due to the nature of our products, this Refund Policy explains where refunds apply and where they do not.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Ritual Plans & Guides)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Once you have received access to a downloadable file, we are unable to process a refund as you already have the full product in your possession.

Please review the product details carefully before purchase.
2. Consultations (Future Services)

Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

If a consultation is missed without notice, it will be considered delivered and non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Cases
We will consider refunds only in these rare circumstances:

If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.

If you purchased the same product multiple times accidentally.

If you never received access to your digital product due to an error on our side.
For such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@desinuskhewellness.com with your order details.
4. Physical Products (Future)

For physical wellness products (once launched), a separate return & refund policy will apply and will be mentioned on the product page.
5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds (only in exceptional cases) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
