Flax & banana soft pancakes — a naturally sweet omega-3 breakfast for the brain (1–2 years)
Soft banana pancakes with a spoon of ground flax — a naturally sweet breakfast quietly carrying omega-3 for a growing brain.
Why am I making this?
Ground flaxseed (atasi) is a rich plant source of omega-3 for the brain and ripe banana (kadali) adds natural sweetness so no sugar is needed, in soft breakfast pancakes; grinding the flax (whole flax passes through undigested) and resting the batter are the chef's steps. Flax and banana are classical; oats, if used, sit within the satmya principle.
