Pumpkin-seed savoury oats — a warm, focus-fuelling breakfast (2–5 years)
Soft savoury oats scattered with toasted pumpkin seeds and vegetables — a warm breakfast quietly rich in the zinc and good fats focus needs.
Why am I making this?
Pumpkin seeds add zinc, magnesium and good fats linked to focus, toasted and ground over a soft savoury oats upma with colourful vegetables; toasting then grinding the seeds is the chef's step for flavour and safe absorption. The pumpkin seed and oats are newer foods within the satmya principle; turmeric (haridra) is classical.
