Ragi-coconut shake — a tropical, malty cup that quietly stacks calcium for bones (2–5 years)
Cooked ragi blended with sweet coconut and milk into a malty tropical shake — a delicious double pour of bone-building calcium.
Why am I making this?
Ragi is the most calcium-rich common cereal and coconut (narikela) adds creamy sweetness and minerals; cooked ragi blended cold with coconut and milk makes a malty shake that stacks calcium for bones. Cooking the ragi through first is the chef's step that makes it smooth and digestible, never raw or gritty. Small grains and coconut are classical wholesome foods.

A gentle, honest note — this is one nourishing food among many, not a complete meal on its own. Aayu Ahaar walks beside the doctor's care, never in its place.
