Walnut-fig milk — an omega-3 brain cup sweetened only by soft figs (2–5 years)
Walnuts and soft figs blended into warm milk — omega-3 for the brain and natural fig sweetness, in one nut-brown cup.
Why am I making this?
Walnuts (akshota) are a top plant omega-3 source for the brain, and soft figs (anjeer) sweeten the cup naturally while adding iron and calcium; blended smooth into milk it's a nutty brain tonic with no added sugar. Soaking the figs and blending the walnuts fine is the chef's step that makes it silky and safe. Figs and walnuts are classical strengthening foods.

Modern research
