Return Policy

At Desi Nuskhe Wellness, we pride ourselves on delivering premium digital rituals and wellness solutions designed to improve your lifestyle. Because of the nature of our products, our return guidelines differ for digital and physical items.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Ritual Plans & Guides)

  • Digital products are non-returnable.

  • Once you have received access to a downloadable file, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as you already have full access to the product content.

2. Consultations (Future Services)

  • Consultation services, once delivered, are non-returnable.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered.

3. Physical Products (Future)

When physical wellness products are launched, the following guidelines will apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and returned in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at hello@desinuskhewellness.com with your order details and images of the product.

4. Refunds for Returned Products

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs for returns (except for damaged or incorrect items) are the responsibility of the customer.
