Cheese-sesame crackers — crunchy little squares that stack double calcium for bones (2–5 years)
Crunchy baked cheese-and-sesame crackers — a savoury, double-calcium nibble that out-snacks any packet.
Why am I making this?
Cheese gives well-absorbed calcium and protein and sesame (tila) adds plant calcium — together a double-calcium savoury cracker for bones, baked not fried. Small, crunchy and moreish, it answers the salty-snack craving with real nourishment (ruchi). The classical texts value milk preparations and sesame together as strengthening.

Modern research
Cheese and sesame are calcium-dense for bones and baked snacks are a healthier swap for fried packet snacks; dairy and varied calcium sources are recommended for children.
