Soft paneer bhurji with roti — a protein-and-calcium scramble children scoop up (2–5 years)
Crumbled paneer scrambled soft with colourful peppers and peas, scooped with roti — a calcium-and-protein plate that eats like a treat.
Why am I making this?
Paneer is calcium- and protein-dense for bones and muscle, scrambled soft into a colourful bhurji with peppers and peas it's a savoury, scoopable plate with roti (ruchi); mild-spiced and soft for little ones. Tossing the paneer only until just warm is the chef's step that keeps it soft, not rubbery. Paneer is classical (ksheera); peppers and tomato sit within the satmya principle.
