Ragi-banana soft cookies — eggless, sugar-free 'cookies' that quietly build bones (2–5 years)
Soft, eggless ragi-banana cookies sweetened only by fruit — 'cookies' a child cheers for that pour calcium into growing bones.
Why am I making this?
Ragi is the most calcium-rich common cereal, and banana sweetens these soft eggless cookies with no added sugar; ghee (sneha) makes them tender. A 'cookie' that delivers bone-building calcium and a little iron — a treat name doing nourishing work (ruchi), so a child cheers and a parent relaxes.

Modern research
Ragi is calcium-dense for bones and banana sweetens without added sugar; millets and limiting added sugars are recommended for children.
