Soft paneer cubes — the simplest finger food that quietly hands a child a brick of calcium (2–5 years)
Soft, lightly golden paneer cubes a toddler can pick up and pop — pure calcium and protein in the easiest bone-building bite.
Why am I making this?
Paneer, a fresh milk cheese, is one of the densest everyday sources of calcium and protein for bones, and served as soft warm cubes it's a no-fuss finger food a toddler manages alone (ruchi). A tiny ghee and pinch of turmeric keep it tender and golden, never rubbery — the chef's trick is to warm it only briefly. Classical texts prize milk preparations (ksheera).

A gentle, honest note — this is one nourishing food among many, not a complete meal on its own. Aayu Ahaar walks beside the doctor's care, never in its place.
