Why am I making this?

Guava carries more vitamin C than most citrus, stewed soft and sieved of seeds it folds into a creamy oats porridge that's a gentle, immunity-supporting first breakfast. Cooking the guava soft and removing every seed is the chef's safety step. Guava and oats are newer foods, placed within the satmya principle; the warm morning porridge itself follows the classical value of an easily digested start.
